This gorgeous dress is from the " Shirley Temple Inspired " Cinderella Frocks line manufactured by the Rosenau Brothers Company starting in the 1930's.
This dress is from the 1930s with a beautiful attached capelet, and comes with a matching self-tie belt. The dress has belt loops, button and loop keyhole neckline, 3 tiered ruffles at the hem, and a classic deco seam at the bust. The light blue organdy dress is completely sheer and would need to be worn with a slip.
Condition: Excellent. Appears to be in unworn condition. I only spotted a very faint, pin point stain on the belt. The photos don't fully do the dress justice. It is perfect!

Vintage girls ( probably from the 1940s or 50s) dress. The brand name on the tag is Cinderella Frock. There is no size tag, but it looks like about a girls size 4-6, but please go by the measurments.
The dress has alot of pretty details...Appliqued flowers on the front, delicate lace down the front bodice. The dress looks/feels like cotton, but I am unsure as to the exact content.
There are some condition issues, most are minor, the more major issues are mentioned. There is an open seam between the bodice and the skirt ( see photo), this could easily be repaired. The collar also has pulled a little way from the seam, also easy to repair if you have the know how. There is also a couple of open seams on on of the sleeve seam. There is also some fading from age, the blue is not quite as bright as it appears in the photo. Along the hem is a faded crease ( see photo).
Measuring across the front ( laying flat, one way) the waist is about 14 inches. From underarm to underarm is about 15 inches. From the underarm down to the bottom hem of the skirt is about 19 1/2 inches. Measuring across the back ( on top of the shoulder) from shoulder seam to shoulder seam is about 11 inches.
